Return arrangements depend on the product, its condition and whether it has been customised.
Before returning an item
Contact Bontecleo promptly with your order details and the reason for the proposed return. Do not send products back until return instructions have been confirmed.
Customised products
Custom-branded, printed, embroidered, engraved, altered or specially sourced items may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Approval of artwork, sizes, colours and specifications is therefore important before production.
Defective or incorrect supply
If an item appears defective or differs from the confirmed order, contact Bontecleo with clear details and supporting photographs so the matter can be assessed. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
